The Blu Street Academy Florida Broker Post-Licensing Program is designed for newly licensed Florida brokers and broker associates completing the education required before their first renewal.
Florida requires brokers to complete at least 60 classroom hours of Commission-approved post-licensing education, inclusive of examinations.
