BluStreet Academy is Florida’s home for professional skills workshops and real estate education that actually prepares you for the real world. Whether you’re pursuing your Florida real estate license, sharpening your negotiation skills, or investing in the professional development that keeps you sharp in a competitive market, we exist to support working professionals at every stage.

We built this academy around one simple belief: great education starts with great people — the KEEPers who teach it and the students who show up ready to grow.

Programs

From pre-licensing courses to continuing education and post-licensing requirements, our real estate programs are approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission. Completion of our active courses grant successful students an end of course certificate needed to qualify to sit for the Florida State Real Estate Exam. 

Professional Skills, Workforce & Technology
Beyond real estate, we offer hands-on workshops covering the skills today’s professionals need most: sales and negotiation, client relations, marketing, business development, and leadership. Practical, applicable, and taught by professionals who have done the work themselves.
